2021 TMA conference cancelled

The organisation is hoping for a much better run next year

After initially postponing the event from July to September 2021, the Tractor and Machinery Association of Australia (TMA) has ultimately decided to cancel its annual conference this year, in light of the Victorian Government’s announcement today of a lockdown extension and tightened rules to fight the COVID-19 Delta outbreak.

“We have been absolutely delighted with the support we have received leading up to this event from speakers, sponsors and delegates so a big thank you to you all,” said TMA executive director, Gary Northover.

“Tickets purchased to date will be entitled to a full refund and we look forward to seeing you in 2022!”

The 2021 TMA conference is the latest ‘victim’ on the ag events calendar to be claimed by the ongoing pandemic and the restrictions imposed to curb the spread of the virus. AgQuip has been pushed to November this year, while Henty and Elmore field days are as good as cancelled for 2021.
