Australian Sheep & Wool Show

Dates: July 17-19, 2026

Location: Prince of Wales Showground, Bendigo, VIC

Description: The Australian Sheep and Wool Show is the largest show of its type in the world where each year, up to 3000 sheep from across Australia with 30 plus breeds compete in the show ring. In addition, there are over 400 trade sites covering everything from the finest woollen clothing to large machinery. Other attractions include shearing and dog trial competitions and a Festival of Lamb marquee showcasing how to cut up a carcass and cook food.

Mallee Machinery Field Days

Description: Running since 1979, the Mallee Machinery Field Days is held at its iconic circular site in Speed in Victoria’s Mallee every year, known for its straightforward, paddock-driven focus on machinery, cropping systems and practical on-farm solutions. Ekka Royal Queensland Show

Description: First held in 1876, Royal Queensland Show (Ekka) is Queensland’s largest and most loved annual event, drawing more than 428,000 visitors to the Brisbane Showgrounds each year. Eyre Peninsula Field Days
