After more than two years in the Covid wilderness, the Gunnedah (NSW)-hosted AgQuip field days will return this week (August 16-18) with an extraordinary 720 organisations highlighting over 3000 products and services to the farming sector.
The return of AgQuip will also mark the start of the 50th anniversary celebrations for the iconic event, with the party to reach its crescendo at the 2023 instalment.
But for now, all the anticipation is with AgQuip’s long-awaited return into the field days roster, with all the proceedings to again take place at the purpose-built site, 8km west of Gunnedah.
Among the exhibitors will again be Case IH, whose reveals will include the new self-propelled Patriot 50 Series sprayer and Farmlift 742 Telescopic Loader.
“The absence of our field day calendar in the past few years has only shown just how important these events are to the agricultural sector and the interaction between ag businesses and their customers, and to the economies of the communities who host these events,” said Pete McCann, General Manager Case IH AU/NZ.
The Patriot 3250, 4350, and 4450 is a comprehensive redesign of one of Case IH’s flagship models, while it’s the first time the company has offered a telescopic loader in this market.
On the tractor front, Case IH will have its Stage V Puma, officially launched to the Australian and New Zealand market in 2021, as well as the new additions to the Farmall JXM range for the hobby farmer and leisure market.
Case IH will officially launch the Patriot during an evening function on August 16, followed by a breakfast presentation on August 17.
Meanwhile, the popular Case IH Advanced Farming Systems (AFS) simulator also returns, allowing visitors a front-row seat to the technology at their fingertips.
