AgriSpread has unveiled its new AS3000 Series spreaders, aimed squarely at large Australian farms and contractors chasing greater efficiency from fertiliser and lime applications.
Distributed locally by Waringa Distribution, the Irish-built machines expand on the existing AS2000 range with bigger capacities and significantly wider spreading capabilities. The new lineup is offered in 12m³, 15m³ and 22m³ variants, designed to handle bulk products like lime and gypsum as well as fertilisers including urea.
A key upgrade is the jump in spreading width. Lime application can now stretch from a typical 12m out to 18m, while fertiliser coverage increases from 36m to as much as 48m, depending on product quality.
According to Waringa Distribution sales manager Gavin Branson, the wider spread translates directly into time and cost savings.

“We have massive liming programs in Australia and larger spreading widths makes life easier, faster and more efficient, thereby improving productivity for growers,” he said.
The AS3000 Series has been tested locally on farms in Western Australia’s northern wheatbelt and in New South Wales to ensure it meets Australian conditions.
Beyond size, the machines introduce a new fold-down conveyor system feeding twin spinning discs, replacing the adjustable deck used in the AS2000. The system is paired with ISOBUS-compatible controls and load-sensing hydraulics, allowing operators to deploy and adjust spreading functions via the tractor’s display.
A dedicated hydraulic PTO pump ensures consistent oil flow to maintain accurate application rates at wider widths, while features such as load cells, single belt section control and high flotation tyres carry over from previous models.
The spreaders are available in both single and tandem axle configurations and include a stainless-steel hopper designed to withstand harsh Australian conditions.

Waringa Distribution product support manager, Mike Christey, said the new machines would be particularly well suited to controlled traffic farming systems, where aligning machinery widths is critical.
“An extra 6m spreading width with lime is a massive time saver for farmers,” he said.
The AS3000 Series is now available in Australia, with demonstrations expected to ramp up as interest builds among large-scale operators.
