CFMOTO Australia’s latest UTV addition - the UFORCE 1000XL- is based on the current UFORCE 1000 platform but goes to the next level in terms of comfort, capability and payload, the company said.
Designed for utility and to carry up to six people, the UFORCE 1000XL has an increased wheelbase of 2850mm, up from 2050mm on the base model.
It features an automotive-inspired and spacious cabin as well as the latest 2022 updates to the UFORCE 1000 family: two drive modes (Work/Normal), electronic hill descent control, a five-inch TFT display and a new livery - Midnight Blue.
The UFORCE 1000XL also comes with integrated USB/12V outlets front and back and easily accessible storage areas.
In addition to the same technical, electronic and styling features as the standard model, the new model also offers a 4500-pound (2041kg) winch, a towing capacity of 800kg and a carrying capacity of 350kg.
The middle consoles of both bench seats are foldable, which can be used as cup holders or multi-purpose trays.
In order to allow the UFORCE 1000XL to handle the extra capacity and stress, CFMOTO has beefed up its frame and installed stiffer springs, larger swingarm shafts, new steering knuckles, a revised master cylinder and larger front discs that are 230mm in diameter.
Powering the XL is a 963cc, liquid-cooled, fuel-injected, SOHC, four-stroke V-twin engine that provides a maximum power output of 71hp at 7000rpm, and peak torque of 74Nm at 6500rpm.
Other standard features on the UFORCE 1000XL include electronic power steering, a ride-by-wire throttle, roof kit, limited-slip rear differential, a ROPS-approved cage, tow pack, horn, lights and mirrors.
CFMOTO has confirmed all the existing UFORCE 1000 accessories will fit the XL version, and bespoke 50mm powder-coated nerf bars will soon be added to the inventory for extra side protection and sidestep capability.
The UFORCE 1000XL is now available for sale in Australia and retails for $21,990 drive away and comes with a three-year warranty.
