Chinese motorcycle and off-road vehicle brand, CFMoto, has reinforced its commitment to the Australian ATV market by adding two new models to its local stable – the CFORCE 625 EPS and the range-topping CFORCE 1000 Overland.
The smaller model in CFMoto's newest line-up is the CFORCE 625 EPS which has been designed from the ground up and will arrive fully kitted up.
The CFORCE 625 EPS, available in a titanium grey livery, has a 580cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled fuel-injected engine producing 40hp (30kW) and 49Nm, delivered through a Canadian CVTech transmission with engine braking.
Standard features on the high-spec ATV include:
It has a short wheelbase of 1280mm, giving it a turning circle of just 7.25m, CFMoto said.
The CFORCE 625 EPS will also come fitted with an operator protection device (OPD) in line with Government regulations that mandate the fitment of OPDs on all ATVs sold in Australia from October this year. It also meets and exceeds the static stability test, CFMoto said, where an independent study has revealed that the CFORCE 625 EPS has a stability tilt angle of 31.1 degrees which comfortably surpasses the legal threshold of 28.81 degrees.
CFMoto’s CFORCE 625 EPS has a price tag of $10,490 rideaway. CFMoto local distributor, Mojo Motorcycles, is currently running several tax time deals that aim to give customers more bang for their buck.
If customers purchase a unit before June 30, 2021, CFMoto will throw in an extra year of warranty (three years instead of two) and a 3000-watt CFMoto generator, valued at $1299.
The new dual seat CFORCE 1000 Overland will sit right at the very top of CFMoto’s ATV range with its fuel injected 962.6cc V-twin engine offering a hefty 80hp.
It is based on the CFORCE 1000 ATV and offers a suite of factory-fitted extras including:
Other standard features on the CFORCE 1000 EPS Overland include:
Like the CFORCE 625 EPS, the CFORCE 1000 EPS Overland will also be fitted with an Aussie-made OPD that has been approved under the Quad Bike Safety Standard.
In addition, the Overland also comfortably meets the Government’s stability requirement, with a tilt angle of 33.9 degrees, CFMoto added.
The CFORCE 1000 EPS Overland is priced at $14,990 ride away. Meanwhile, the CFORCE 1000 remains a part of the Aussie line-up, priced at $13,990 rideaway. Both models, like all CFMoto ATVs, are supported by a two-year factory warranty.
