The AXION 9.450 Terra Trac was awarded Tractor of the Year 2026 – HighPower at an awards ceremony on November 9 at Agritechnica 2025, where six tractors were recognised for advancements in technology, automation and sustainability.
The CLAAS model stood out for combining high performance with smart machine optimisation. It is equipped with a Stage V 8.7-litre six-cylinder engine compatible with HVO renewable fuel and the ZF TMG 45 HD “Silent” stepless transmission, reaching 40 km/h at just 1,350rpm for strong transport efficiency.

A 370 L/min CCLS hydraulic system, more than 11 tonnes of rear lift capacity and full ISOBUS and Power Beyond connectivity underline its capability for large-scale operations.
Digital features including CEMOS Dynamic Auto Droop, CEBIS Connect and Auto Stretch Brakes enhance ease of use and precision, while the four-point suspended cab offers a low 66 dB operating noise level.
The jury praised the tractor for its balance of power, hydraulic performance and data-driven functionality.
