Before Case IH, the famous red brand farmers currently know and love, there was International Harvester.
Back in 1902, McCormick Harvesting Machine Company and Deering Harvester Company merged to form the International Harvester Company, also known as IH or simply International. For the next eight decades, the company became a leading manufacturer of not just farm equipment but also a series of automobiles, including SUVs, cars, vans, pickup trucks and even military vehicles.
In the farm space, suffice to say IH has left a lasting impression and legacy on farms around the world with its range of quality tractors. The Farmall was perhaps one of the most memorable and popular model that the manufacturer has produced, so much so that Case IH has decided to restart production of the Farmall in 2014 with a Case IH badge, replacing the McCormick logo from back in the days.

This International B414 was similarly manufactured and branded under the McCormick stable. Built in Bradford, UK from 1961 to 1965, it replaces the B275 and was produced in both diesel and petrol models.
It offers an engine output of 44hp. While it uses the same basic 4-cylinder diesel engine design as its predecessor, the B275, the B414's engine features a quarter-inch larger bore which increased engine displacement from 143 cu to 154 cu.
According to the tractors fandom page, the International B414 was one of the lowest priced tractors in its class on the market in 1962 besides the John Deere 1010.
The seller of this International B414 said the unit is in “showroom condition” and that it has been on display at the annual Henty Machinery Field Days many times.

All parts are original stock apart from the seat which is from an American gasoline B414 model.
Its radiator has been fully restored, water pump and clutch rebuilt; and has brand new rear tubes, steering linkage boots and more.
If this isn’t the ultimate collector’s item, I don’t know what is!
