CNH Industrial ANZ has announced the appointment of Matthew Dowling as its new leader following former Managing Director Aaron Bett’s move to the General Manager role at Case IH Australia/New Zealand.
CNH Industrial Capital’s Chief Credit Officer for the Asia/Pacific (APAC) region for the past three-and-a-half years, Dowling has more than 20 years’ experience in financial services, working across the corporate advisory, banking and payment industries for a number of companies both in Australia and overseas.
“We’re looking forward to welcoming Matthew as the new head of CNH Industrial Capital in Australia/New Zealand, knowing the business will continue to benefit from his vast experience in the finance sector and his understanding of our customers and their finance needs and expectations,” said CNH Industrial Financial Services for the APAC region, Daniel McTaggart.
“CNH Industrial Capital has a proud heritage with strong ties to the agricultural and construction equipment industries, and Matthew has the knowledge and vision to ensure our brand continues to be one of the leading providers of innovative financial solutions.”
CNH Industrial Capital has offered equipment finance to the Australian market since 1979 and to the New Zealand market since 2020, assuming the financing responsibilities for Case IH, New Holland Agriculture, CASE Construction, New Holland Construction, Flexi-Coil, Horwood Bagshaw and K-Line Ag.
Dowling has commenced in his new role as of April 3, saying he is thrilled to be assuming responsibility for the future direction of CNH Industrial Capital in the local market.
“I’m very much looking forward to working closely with our dealer network across Australia and New Zealand. In partnership with our dealer network, we will continue to deliver our suite of flexible and relevant financial solutions into the market,” he said.
