PFG Australia, official distributor of Deutz-Fahr in Australia, has announced the arrival of the 5125G HD (Heavy Duty) workhorse Down Under.
The new 5125G HD is the latest addition to the 5G series which currently include the 5105 and 5115 models.
Deutz-Fahr said the new model offers an infinite range of spec options, providing utmost flexibility to customers; and sets a new benchmark in terms of technology and versatility.
“We know Deutz-Fahr is ahead of the curve in terms of specs and driver comfort, but the 5125G HD is a whole new ballgame,” said Deutz-Fahr Product Manager, Anthony Darveniza.
“It will cater for everyone – dairy, livestock, specialist – giving it unique functionality across the Australian agriculture sectors.”
The 5125G HD features a 3820cc 4cyl turbo intercooled common rail diesel engine, offering an output of 126hp (max) and 550Nm torque.
“It’s not just the extra power,” Darveniza said.
“There’s also a boost in hydraulic capacity, which farmers really want. It takes oil flow from 56 l/min up to 90l/min. So for front end loader work it seriously speeds up cycle time, which means more efficient farming practices and better fuel consumption.”
The 5125G HD also includes a standard range of technology that Deutz-Fahr is known for, such as the SDD rapid steering system – which halves the number of steering wheel turns; wet disc brakes; stop-and-go driving, as well as hydro silent block cab suspension which Deutz-Fahr said cuts cabin vibration by around 40 per cent. Operator visibility has also been enhanced on the new tractor, Deutz-Fahr added.
The 5125G HD is also easy to maintain, with low maintenance requirements, no drive belt concerns and easy radiator access, allowing operators to save on running costs, Deutz-Fahr said.
The new 5125G HD is now in stock in Deutz-Fahr dealerships across Australia. For more information on the new model, visit deutztractors.com.au.
