This year, the Farm World field days celebrates its 53rd year with signature events such as the Women in Ag lunch, the Market Place, and Fittest Farmer competition all making a return this year.
Every year, the event attracts people from all walks of life, not just the farming community, with its extensive indoor and outdoor displays spanning over 100 acres.
The show will be held at Lardner Park in the Gippsland region of Victoria, just an hour and a half drive from Melbourne.

The popular Telstra Women in Ag lunch will make a comeback this year and will feature the likes of Frauke Bolten-Boshammer from Kimberley Fine Diamonds, Megan Williams from the Camel Milk Co and Sophie Stewart from Got You Girl as its key speakers. The lunch will be held on Thursday March 26 and those interested will need to book their tickets prior to the event.
While farming is a huge focus of the show, with a range of agricultural companies signed up to exhibit their wares and services, there will also be a focus on rural living and outdoor lifestyle where products ranging from caravans, boats, tools, horse floats, clothes and more will be on display.
There will also be a focus on livestock and animals where farmers can chat to cattle breeders, check out different breeds and watch kelpie dogs round up sheep while the children learn to walk an alpaca and get up close with the animals in Farmer Darryl’s Animal Nursery.
On Saturday and Sunday, the Events Centre will be transformed into a market place where show-goers can stock up on a wide range of gourmet goodies such as bone broth, honey, vegan products, preserves and more. There will also be live cooking demonstrations on the main stage over the two days.

Farm World’s Fittest Farmer challenge is also back this year that will take place in the Entertainment Arena on Sunday. Those who think they are physically and mentally fit enough to handle a series of challenges including tyre flips, tying knots, wheel barrow dragging, sledge hammering and log carries are encouraged to apply.
Another unique feature of Farm World is the camel rides which is open for both adults and children to enjoy.
