South Australia-based machinery distributor, Waringa, took on the distribution of French implement brand, Grégoire Besson, mid last year and has officially launched the innovative Discordon one-pass tiller at the Wimmera Machinery Field Days in March this year.
The machine consists of two gangs of discs, a set of tines and a packer roller to cultivate, mulch and compact all in one go. This feature saves farmers time and money as they need not deploy multiple machines and run them several times across the field to achieve what the Discordon can in one pass.
While it has a wide working width of up to 7.2m, it can be folded up to 3m for easy transport.
