Honda Australia has unveiled its new AG-XR, an agricultural bike it says is fully ADR compliant and road-registrable direct from the factory.
Powered by a 184cc single-cylinder engine, the bike features electronic fuel injection for easy starting in all weather conditions.
The model also has electric start in addition to a back-up kick-start system, and a clutch lock that allows the bike to remain in gear when the rider needs to leave the bike momentarily (as in when opening or closing a gate).
The rear rack can handle up to 20 kilograms while the front rack can take up to 3 kilograms.
Other features include off-road tyres (21-inch front, 18-inch rear), dual 'Big Foot' side stands, a halogen headlight, a large front mud guard with mud flap, and a low 823mm seat height.
The AG-XR will make its debut appearance at the FarmFest Field Day in Toowoomba (Qld) over June 6 to 8.
