Kubota Australia has announced the arrival of its SVL65-2 compact track loader and R430 wheel loader in the country which are now rolling out across its network of dealerships.
Kubota's Construction Product Manager, Nathan Thomas, said the new models offer increased performance.
“We are excited to release these two new construction loaders which will extend the model offering of Kubota's construction range,” he said.
Kubota’s 68hp SVL65-2 compact track loader sits under the existing SVL75-2 and SVL95-2S models in the range. The SVL65-2 is 385kg lighter than the SVL75-2 but offers the same functionality and comfort, Kubota said.
A new hydraulic system on the SVL65-2 features an advanced multi-function valve that allows operators to run the auxiliary hydraulics, bucket and loader arm functions together without stalling.
The SVL65-2’s new electronic travel torque management constantly monitors the load of the machine to optimally control the hydraulic pump output and prevent engine stalls.
Kubota’s new R430 articulated wheel loader replaces the previous R420S which was discontinued in 2017.
It features a new 47hp T4 engine which is a big step up from the previous model’s 39hp. Operators can shift from high speed and low torque to low speed and high torque at the touch of a button.
The R430 also offers a long reach and high clearance for all types of dumping jobs and comes with a comfortable and spacious cab to ensure optimum operator comfort, Kubota said.
Kubota’s R range will still offer the larger R065 available in cab or canopy models as well as the new, smaller R430 only available in canopy.
“We’re proud of our new construction loaders and are committed to continue working towards meeting the needs of the Australian construction industry,” Thomas said.
