Following last year’s release of the Landini Discovery 75, Inlon has released the 60hp model which the company claims has the strength, footprint and weight of the Discovery 75 but offers better value for money.
The Italian-made Landini Discovery 60 4WD ROPS utility tractor may be compact in size and sits within the lower power range, but is strong, robust and heavyweight, Inlon said. The tractor’s base weight is a hefty 3,150kg without loader or additional ballast.
It is powered by a 4-cylinder, 3.7-litre engine that provides high torque at low RPM, capable of handling demanding jobs around the farm, Inlon added.
Hydraulic 3-point linkage lift capacity is 2,500kg, with a hydraulic flow of 67l/min for fast loader cycle times. Two sets of hydraulic remote outlets come standard with the Discovery 60 to run hydraulic implements.
A 12-speed transmission and shuttle-shift lever to the operator’s left allows operators to switch directions (forward and reverse) effortlessly and quickly.
A spacious operator’s station allows operators to hop on and off the platform with ease, while the semi-straddle provides a lower sitting height and better comfort for operators when working on sloping ground.
A 78-litre fuel tank increases time between refilling, letting farmers do more work in a day.
The Landini Discovery 60 also comes with a 2-post folding ROPS and sun canopy with roof mounted work lights.
It retails for $43,990 which will include a PowerArm level-lift loader with 4-in-1 bucket, Euro-hitch attachment and hydraulic third service integrated on the joystick control.
