Mahindra mPact XTV UTVs released

A new line-up featuring six models to suit different needs, designed and built in the USA

Following its soft launch at a dealer conference in May 2016, Mahindra Ag & Auto's mPact XTV side-by-side range is finally ready for work on Australian soil.

Available from October 2016 onwards, the mPact range is designed and built in the USA and is based on a full-width three-seater chassis design that comes in numerous configurations.

The 750 B Spec, featuring a Kohler 747cc petrol engine, 56.3 km/h top speed, 544kg cargo box capacity and 952kg tow capacity marks the start of the range. The 750 S adds alloy wheels, a front hitch and electric-powered cargo box lift.

All models feature 4WD with auto-lock front differential, 27-inch tyres on 14-inch wheels, a CVT transmission, 304mm ground clearance, 260mm discs and fully welded steel chassis with independent dual A-frame suspension.

The factory-fit Flex Hauler with electric lift and aluminum drop side tray is unique to Mahindra. Available in either Kohler 747cc petrol or 1000cc diesel configurations, the Flex Hauler's aluminum tray lends itself to numerous work applications. There is also a checker plate tray option.

Topping out the range are two six-seater Crew Cab models, available in petrol or diesel with a cargo box capacity of 453kg.

Pricing for the mPact XTV side-by-sides starts at $16,990 ride away for the 750 B.
