O’Connors add New Holland dealerships in Swan Hill and Warracknabeal

Dealership group expands its footprint in western Victoria with the acquisition of Bellevue Machinery’s New Holland dealerships

O’Connors has confirmed it has entered into an agreement to acquire Bellevue Machinery’s New Holland dealerships at Swan Hill and Warracknabeal, in a move designed to boost support and machinery choice for farmers across the region.

With more than 60 years in the industry, O’Connors currently operates 15 Case IH dealerships across Victoria, NSW and South Australia. The company says the expansion will deliver wider product access, improved parts availability, and the backing of global dealer group, Titan Machinery.

O’Connors Managing Director, Aaron Cordy, said the deal represented a win for customers.

“This transaction means our customers will gain access to an even broader selection of machinery, including New Holland’s well-established product range,” he said.

“Our focus remains firmly on providing timely service and tech support, reliable parts, and expert advice to keep farms running efficiently.”

O’Connors has also pledged to retain Bellevue’s staff and maintain the relationships and local knowledge that farmers rely on.

“We are excited to welcome new customers and to build on the solid foundation we inherit from Bellevue Machinery’s twenty years of outstanding service and support,” he added.

“We will continue supporting local agriculture with the same dedication we have always had.”

CNH Industrial business director, Aaron Bett, welcomed the move, saying it strengthens customer support in Swan Hill, Warracknabeal and surrounding areas.

“O’Connors’ commitment to supporting farmers is long-standing, and with New Holland now part of its offering, customers gain more options and stronger service across the region,” Bett said.

"I also want to acknowledge Chris Taylor and the Bellevue Machinery team for their dedication to New Holland for more than two decades, and for their many business accomplishments over that time. I know customers will be in good hands with the O’Connors team.”

The deal is subject to regulatory approvals, with trading scheduled to commence in September 2025.
