The Tractor and Machinery Association of Australia (TMA) has announced the postponement of its annual conference, scheduled to be held on July 20, due to Victoria’s sudden snap lockdown announced overnight.
The five-day lockdown will last to 11.59pm, July 20.
No new date has been announced for the conference but the TMA hopes to hold it at a later date this year when interstates delegates can hopefully attend the event as well.
“This (the postponement) is of course extremely disappointing given the efforts made by our speakers, sponsors and delegates to try and get this event to happen but hopefully, we can arrive at a date in the not too distant future that will allow people from all states to participate,” said TMA executive director, Gary Northover.
